Staff Facilitation and Team Groups
Teams are affected by how individuals work together, by the organisation they work for and by the expectations the outside world has of the organisation and of the individual in their work role .
This can be complex and it may be helpful for staff to arrange for a space where these issues can be thought about and discussed, together with an outside facilitator who can provide a different perspective.
Consultations, staff days or regularly scheduled meetings can be arranged according to need and fees are available on request.
